Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator

Having worked chairside with patients to help them achieve their beautiful smiles and seeing the end results when we've made them happy and satisfied with their smiles, I was excited to become the Treatment Coordinator.

After taking pictures and X-rays and listening to Dr. Lazin's diagnosis and treatment plan, I address our patients' questions and concerns in a caring manner and discuss fees and payment plans.

Getting teeth straightened can change how a person feels about themselves and how others will see them, so I take my job very seriously. My husband and I have two children and three grandchildren (who have stolen our hearts!) In our free time, we enjoy going to the beach, Colts games, exploring wineries and live music venues.

Hi, I'm Neely! I am the Clinical Lead and Treatment Coordinator at our office. I've been working in dentistry for many years and began my career in general dentistry, where I was first introduced to orthodontics.

It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the specialty, and orthodontics has been my passion ever since. I enjoy helping patients feel confident in their smiles while guiding them through every step of their orthodontic journey.

Outside of the office, I'm a longtime sneaker enthusiast and have been building my collection since high school. I love expressing my personality through my shoes. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me spending quality time with my little family and fur babies.

I have been a part of our practice for 28 years and truly enjoy working alongside Dr. Lazin in the clinic. My role involves assisting with patient care, including bondings, adjustments, appliance placement, and just about everything in between! One of the things I love most about working here is the positive atmosphere. Dr. Lazin is easygoing, loves to joke around, and makes every day enjoyable for both our team and our patients.

Building relationships with our patients is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I love getting to know each person who walks through our doors and watching their confidence grow as their smiles transform throughout treatment.

Outside of the office, my husband, Steve, and I enjoy spending time with our family, including our two sons and five wonderful grandchildren. We also have a miniature dachshund, Zoie, who keeps us entertained. In my free time, I enjoy walking, spending time with animals, and listening to music—you may even catch me singing while I work!

I have been a Scheduling Coordinator with our practice since 2020 and am dedicated to helping patients feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with our office. I enjoy assisting families with scheduling appointments and ensuring each patient has a positive experience throughout their orthodontic journey.

As a bilingual team member, I am proud to help communicate with and support a diverse range of patients and families. My friendly personality and commitment to excellent customer service make me a valued part of our team.

Outside of the office, I am a proud mother of three girls. I love spending quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and going on hikes whenever I can. My passion for family, community, and helping others shines through in everything I do.

Insurance Coordinator

Hi, my name is Allison Lazin and I’m the Insurance Coordinator at Lazin Family Orthodontics. I have a passion for helping others and have spent most of my career in the healthcare industry as a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation.

As the insurance coordinator, my primary focus is on helping our patients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance coverage for orthodontic treatment. I work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage, submit claims, and ensure that our patients receive the maximum benefit from their policies.

I understand that insurance coverage can be a source of anxiety for many patients, and I strive to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. I am always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and I take pride in my ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy for patients to understand.

In addition to my work as the Insurance Coordinator, I am also committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patients and will fill some other behind the scenes roles for the office. I am proud to be a part of this team and am excited to start building relationships with our patients and their families.

Outside of work, I have several hobbies that make my life fulfilling and keep me grounded. Spending time with my family, whether we are having a meal together, playing tennis, gardening, or exploring the great outdoors is a huge part of my life. We love to ride bikes along the Monon trail, explore the mountains in North Carolina, and travel to see family and explore new places.

I bring more than 10 years of orthodontic experience to our team and am passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their smile journey. I enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and their families and love celebrating the transformations that come with orthodontic treatment.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy living in downtown Indianapolis and taking advantage of everything the city has to offer. You'll often find me cheering on the Colts, Pacers, or Fever, exploring local events, or spending time with friends and family.

During my senior year at Franklin Community High School, I was an intern eager to learn anything I could about orthodontics. Dr. Lazin and his team took me in and taught me everything I know!

After graduating in 2025, I decided to make Lazin Family Orthodontics my home. I get to do just about everything here clinically, along with ordering all of our supplies, and it is a privilege to help make smiles brighter each and every day.

In my free time, I enjoy crafting, watching Indy Car races — go Arrow McLaren! — going to church, and spending time with my puppies; Whiskey, Ellie Mae, Bailey, Zoey, Winnie, and Loxie!

I graduated from dental assisting school in 2022 and started my career working as a general dental assistant, but discovered my passion was in orthodontics. One of my favorite parts of my job is seeing patients grow in confidence throughout their orthodontic journey.

I love being part of a team that makes a positive impact on our patients' lives, and I enjoy contributing to the welcoming, family-oriented environment that makes our office so special.

When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as my French Bulldog, Callie. This year is especially meaningful as my husband and I prepare to welcome our first baby this summer, beginning an exciting new chapter in our lives.
