Sandy - Clinical Assistant
I assist Dr. Lazin in the clinic working with patients doing bondings, adjustments, installing appliances--just about everything. Dr. Lazin is very laid back and fun to work with. He loves to joke around, and we always have a lot of fun here! I love getting to know each patient that comes into the office and seeing their smiles transform.
My husband Steve and I have two sons, Bobby and Cole, three grandsons (Kyran, Deacon and Kolbie) and a granddaughter named Bailey and a miniature dachshund named Zoie. When I'm not in the office I enjoy walking, being with animals, and music. (You might just hear me singing as I work!)
Rhonda - Office Manager
Having worked chairside with patients to help them achieve their beautiful smiles and seeing the end results when we've made our patients happy and satisfied with their smiles, it was exciting to become the Treatment Coordinator: After taking pictures and X-rays, and listening to Dr. Lazin's diagnosis and treatment plan, I address our patients' questions and concerns in a caring manner as well as discussing fees and payment plans. Getting teeth straightened can change how a person feels about themselves and how others will see them, so I take my job very seriously. My two children are grown but live near by so I see them often. I enjoy traveling and the Colts.
Kim - Clinical Assistant
I have worked in the dental field for 5 years. I have a passion for the art of orthodontics and an eye for detail. With a heavy dental background myself; I love to be able to relate to my patients and make them feel comfortable going into their dental visits that may make them feel nervous or uneasy and helping reduce some of that stress. My favorite part of my job is seeing my patients after treatment with a confidence they’ve never worn before. It is rewarding and life changing to wear a smile you want to show off, and I get to be a part of it. Dr. Lazin is a very skilled orthodontist and great to work and learn with.
Outside of work I enjoy being with my daughter Piper and our family and friends. We like to go kayaking, golfing, and to the pool. As well as all the fun festivities that Greenwood has to offer.
Neely - Clinical Assistant
I have been a dental assistant for 5 years and orthodontics has always been my passion. To watch my patients change into amazing young adults, with a new forever smile, means the world to me. I have the best team and it's always blast here at Lazin Family Orthodontics. Outside of my time at the office I enjoy spending time with my son Bronson
Sydney - Clinical Assistant
I attended Brown County High School and graduated dental assisting school in 2022. I started my career as a general dentist assistant, but knew my passion was for Orthodontics. Working for Lazin Family Orthodontics allows me the opportunity to be a part of life changing transformations that have patients walking out of our office with a new sense of self-confidence. Seeing each patient grow and their smile change is truly rewarding.
In my free time I enjoy reading, farmers markets, plants, spending time with my boyfriend, Joel, and our fur babies Piper, Tiny, and Molly!
Evelyn – Scheduling Coordinator
I help schedule exams and adjustments for Dr. Lazin, and I also coordinate referrals with other dental offices in the area. I am originally from Los Angeles and have been in the dental field since 2016. I love spending time with my two girls Jannel (10) and Ariel (3). In our free time we ride bikes and enjoy watching movies. I am also fluent in Spanish so say hello or hola next time you’re in the office!
Allison - Insurance Coordinator
Hi, my name is Allison Lazin and I’m the Insurance Coordinator at Lazin Family Orthodontics. I have a passion for helping others and have spent most of my career in the healthcare industry as a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation.
As the insurance coordinator, my primary focus is on helping our patients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance coverage for orthodontic treatment. I work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage, submit claims, and ensure that our patients receive the maximum benefit from their policies.
I understand that insurance coverage can be a source of anxiety for many patients, and I strive to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. I am always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and I take pride in my ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy for patients to understand.
In addition to my work as the Insurance Coordinator, I am also committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patients and will fill some other behind the scenes roles for the office. I am proud to be a part of this team and am excited to start building relationships with our patients and their families.
Outside of work, I have several hobbies that make my life fulfilling and keep me grounded. Spending time with my family, whether we are having a meal together, playing tennis, gardening, or exploring the great outdoors is a huge part of my life. We love to ride bikes along the Monon trail, explore the mountains in North Carolina, and travel to see family and explore new places.
